The form has to be filled up in duplicate and handed over at immigration and heath counters at the airport for clearance to enter the country.

While the forms are available at the airports and can be filled upon arrival, having a filled printout ready could save flyers a lot of time and also the inconvenience of standing in queue.

As a part of the measures initiated to curb the spreading of coronavirus, the government is already screening passengers coming from all parts of the world at 30 airports in the country.

Last week the government had announced that flyers from 12 countries will be segregated from other passengers till the conveyer belt areas at airports.
