Congress president Sonia Gandhi casts vote

NEW DELHI: Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Thursday cast her vote here. (Watch)
Gandhi was accompanied by Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit and Congress candidate from New Delhi constituency Ajay Maken when she exercised her franchise at the polling booth at Nirman Bhavan.
Dikshit and Maken flashed the victory sign while going inside the polling booth.
Emerging after casting her vote, Gandhi posed for cameras showing the index finger which had the indelible ink.
All the seven constituencies of Delhi went to polls today.
In the last elections, Congress had won six out of seven seats.
