NEW DELHI: The Congress on Monday appointed former president Pranab Mukherjee's daughter Sharmistha Mukherjee and and ex-Lok Sabha speaker Meira Kumar's son Anshul Kumar as national spokespersons.

Congress president Sonia Gandhi has approved their appointment, party's chief spokesperson
