CM meets PM, Sonia
NEW DELHI: Bengal chief minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya met Congress president Sonia Gandhi, finance minister P Chidambaram and home minister Shivraj Patil on Monday.
The chief minister assured them that he would not pester the friendly government with demands of special package for the state. Instead, he wouldprefer central ministers from the West Bengal to approach respective ministries and get funds for the state.
