AHMEDABAD: Chief minister designate Vijay Rupani on Saturday resigned as Gujarat BJP chief.He said that,"I have resigned as state BJP President and sent my resignation to national BJP President Amit Shah."After his appointment as the new Chief Minister now the BJP will have new President under which BJP will contest 2017 assembly elections.Though it will big challenge for BJP to find widely accepted candidate amidst BJP facing its worst time in last 20 years.Most talked about name in the BJP are Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, Party vice President I.K Jadeja, Union Minister Paroshotam Rupala and Mansukh Mandaviya, former union Minister Mohan Kundariya, Party General Secretary Bhikhubhai Dalsaniya, Vice President Kaushik Patel, Party General Secretary K.C.Patel, OBC leader and vice President Jaysinh Chauhan, junior minister Shankar Chaudhary, Party General Secretary Shabdasaran Brhambhatt are most talked about names.
