Can't believe Feroz is no more: Sanjay
BANGALORE:���Insaaf hum karenge,��� roared RDX in ���Welcome���, FerozKhan���s last Bollywood film. The actor-director-producer who gave theindustry one of its biggest blockbusters in ���Qurbani���, lost hisbattle to cancer and died on Sunday night at his farmhouse on Tumkur Road.As the news spread, family members, friends, politicians andwell-wishers came to the farmhouse to pay their respects. Feroz���s brother,actor-director Sanjay Khan of ���Sword of Tipu Sultan��� fame, said:���He was a great man who believed in his work. He brought style into theindustry. His contributions are noteworthy. It is difficult to imagine he is nomore. It���s a great loss,��� he added. Feroz is survived by son FardeenKhan and daughter Laila Khan. He was undergoing treatment at a Mumbai hospital.Sanjay Khan���s son Zayed Khan said Feroz was a man of greatspirit. ���He was independent and lived life on his own terms. There was alot to learn from him. Woh ek etihaas the. He was a tiger and lived life kingsize,��� he said. Former CM Dharam Singh too came to pay his last respects.The body was taken to the crematorium from the farmhouse at 2.30 pm.On April 24, Feroz Khan was admitted to Columbia Asia Hospital,Hebbal. He was discharged at 9 pm on Sunday, after a request from the family.
