SRINAGAR: Besides the productive sector, the Jammu and Kashmir government is thinking about working on the social sector to restore peace in the state, said state minister of finance and planning Muzaffar Hussain Beig here on Wednesday.
He said the previous National Conference (NC) government had left behind an empty coffer and had failed to draw benefit from Centrally sponsored schemes.
