Atiq Ahmed News: Gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmad and his brother Ashraf were shot by unidentified assailants in UP's Prayagraj. The murder of the dreaded gangster comes just days after his son was killed in an encounter with UP Police in Jhansi. Atiq Ahmad was accused in the 2005 BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case and also in the Umesh Pal murder case which happened in February this year. As many as three people were arrested.
