The hearing against abrogation of Article 370 during the second half of Day 15 and entire Day 16 saw the case getting concluded, as per the deadline set by the bench for all the parties.

The Constitution bench of top five judges of the Supreme Court comprising Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud and Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Sanjiv Khanna, BR Gavai and Surya Kant was hearing the case.
