LUCKNOW: Aam Admi Party's (AAP) success story in Delhi and its call for change has had a ripple effect which is quite visible in Lucknow. More than 20,000 persons have registered themselves at AAP's membership drive started just three days ago.
The response has been overwhelming and beyond the expectations of the party leadership in Uttar Pradesh. "We want to enroll around one lakh people in the city.

And at the current rate, we hope to achieve the target in a week's time," said an a party worker.
They informed that those associating with AAP will not have to follow dos and don't which is expected out of them in case a person takes the membership of any other party. The applicant will simply have to fill a form and pay Rs 10 as the fees to get oneself registered for it.
