No open defecation, but no data on toilets as well

Goa may have been officially declared an open defecation free state in September 2019, but some people still have no access to toilets. Bizarrely enough, there's no government data on the number of homes without lavatories. “No information was available about open defecation in municipal areas," according to state urban development minister Milind Naik.
