This book by H. Dundas Robertson provides a record of the events of mutiny and rebellion in the Saharanpur district of the North-West Province of British India. It also gives us a narrative of the author's adventures. During the commencement of the outbreak in early 1857, the author was the Joint Magistrate in Saharanpur district.
