5 Haryana teachers fired, as 126 unfair means cases made out during exams

As many as 126 cases of unfair means were registered on Thursday during the semester examination being conducted by the Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani.

CHANDIGARH : As many as 126 cases of unfair means were registered on Thursday during the semester examination being conducted by the Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani. Five teachers were fired on the charge of dereliction of duty and examination of science and technology conducted at a centre in Bhiwani district was also cancelled due to breach of sanctity of the examination.
While stating this on Friday, a spokesman of the board said, Vikas Kumar, JBT teacher, Government Senior Secondary School, Ukalchana and Rakesh, mathematics teacher, RDM, Senior Secondary School, Dadri Toa deputed as observor at Jhajjar-3 examination centre were relieved for being careless in discharging their duties.

He said that Somveer, JBT, Government Primary School, Dhani Ganga Bishan, Suman, teacher, Government Girls Middle School, Sohasada and Vikram Singh, teacher, Government Middle School, Baddu Mungal deputed as supervisors at Sohasada examination centre were also relieved from their examination duty.
The flying squad of the board secretary checked various examination centres in Bhiwani and registered 29 cases of unfair means. The other flying squads also registered 97 cases of unfair means.
