3,800 Pandits back in Valley. Could this be a new start?

Reverse migration of Kashmiri Pandits began in 2008 with the UPA's rehabilitation package. Most who went back have government jobs. This is what they have to say about living in the Valley once again

Over 3,800 Kashmiri Pandit families have returned to the Valley in the past decade or so, nearly 30 years after being driven out of their homes by militants.

However, for each Pandit family that has gone back, there are at least ten who still don’t consider the safety and security situation in the Valley conducive to return to their homes and businesses.
