3 arrested Chinese nationals shifted to Lucknow

The three Chinese nationals, including a woman, who were arrested after allegedly entering the country without valid documents and taking pictures of vital installations, were shifted to Lucknow on the directions of Uttar Pradesh government.

BAHRAICH: The three Chinese nationals, including a woman, who were arrested after allegedly entering the country without valid documents and taking pictures of vital installations, were shifted to Lucknow on the directions of Uttar Pradesh government.
"Three Chinese nationals identified as Liao Xing, Yu Dangli and the woman Yang Liu have been shifted to Lucknow on the direction of the state government after taking permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Bahraich Satya Prakash Dwivedi," Jail Superintendent Bahraich A K Singh said.

While, the two males would be put in Lucknow prison, the woman Liu would be kept at Nari Bandi Niketan.
The three Chinese were arrested by SSB near Rupaidiha checkpost on Indo-Nepal border on January 17 this year for entering India illegally. They were taking pictures of some vital installations, when they were arrested.
The Chinese nationals have been booked under various sections of the Foreigners Act and the Passport Act.
