Minister G Kishan Reddy seeks Telangana govt's aid for renewable energy (RE) projects

HYDERABAD: Union coal and mines minister G Kishan Reddy on Thursday wrote a letter to chief minister A Revanth Reddy, seeking the cooperation of the Telangana govt on renewable energy (RE) programmes proposed by public sector undertakings (PSUs) under the ministry of coal.

In his letter, the Union minister emphasized that these projects were expected to attract investments of nearly 10,000 crore over the next three years. He mentioned that support from Telangana govt was crucial for land acquisition and allocation for these initiatives and stressed on identifying zones.
