What steps should the government take to halt the loss of open spaces across Mumbai and in P-South Ward?

A TOI survey shows that citizens are unhappy with traffic, roads and are also disappointed with other services. mumbai's slide into decay must be arrested and the survey is the first step towards doing that.

Mumbai is full of traffic...and the concerned issues are not taken into notice...the government should look forward to improve congestion conditions in the city...
