Xiaomi SU7 set to feature these five key EV technologies

Xiaomi introduced its innovative E-Motor technology, featuring the HyperEngine V6/V6s and HyperEngine V8s. These motors use advanced technologies like Bidirectional Full Oil Cooling and a unique S-shaped oil circuit design. The HyperEngine V8s, with a remarkable speed of 27,200 rpm, 425kW output, and 635N·m peak torque, will be mass-produced and used in Xiaomi EVs by 2025.

Xiaomi's CTB Integrated Battery Technology includes Inverted Cell Technology, a versatile elastic interlayer, and a simplified wiring system. Achieving a remarkable battery integration efficiency of 77.8%, Xiaomi's battery surpasses global standards. The battery incorporates a robust 14-layer physical protection system, dual-side water cooling, and advanced aerogel insulation for improved safety and efficient heat dissipation.

Xiaomi presents its in-house developed Xiaomi Die-Casting T9100 cluster and exclusive die-casting alloy material, known as Xiaomi Titans Metal. This innovation simplifies production, cutting down on welded joints, overall car weight, and production time. Xiaomi now oversees the entire large die-casting industrial chain, from materials to the completion of castings.

In autonomous driving, Xiaomi leads with three key technologies: Adaptive BEV Technology, Road-Mapping Foundational Model, and Super-Res Occupancy Network Technology. These advancements improve visibility, navigation in complex situations, and the accuracy of recognizing obstacles. Xiaomi establishes itself as a frontrunner in intelligent autonomous driving.

Xiaomi EV's Smart Cabin embraces a "human-centric" interaction design, showcasing a 16.1-inch 3K central console, a 56-inch HUD head-up display, and a 7.1-inch rotating dashboard. The setup smoothly incorporates popular applications, accommodates more than 1000 Xiaomi smart home devices, and offers a user-friendly interface for an immersive interactive experience.
