Gionee Max smartphone with 5000 mAh battery launched at Rs 5999
NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Gionee has launched its latest smartphone in India after a gap of almost one year. The company has launched the Gionne Max, which falls under the ultra-budget segment. The smartphone features an HD+ display and sports a dual rear camera setup.
Price and availability
The company has priced the Gionee Max at Rs 5,999. The smartphone comes in Black, Red, and Royal Blue colour options. It will be available online on Flipkart starting August 31.
Gionee Max specifications
Gionee Max comes with a 6.1-inch HD+ display with a 720x1560 pixel resolution. The smartphone offers a 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor with IMG8322 GPU.
Gionee Max packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB by adding a microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 10 operating system and offers dual SIM support. The smartphone comes with a dual rear camera setup which includes a 13MP main camera with LED flash and a secondary bokeh lens. The device also houses a 5MP front shooter for selfies.
Measuring 148 x 70.9 x 10.75mm, the smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery. In terms of connectivity the smartphone offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB.
Recently, Gionee launched its new smartwatches in India. The company launched three budget smartwatches — Senorita, GSW4, GSW5, which are priced at Rs 3,499, Rs 4,599, and Rs 2,499 respectively.
The Gionee Senorita offers a 1.04-inch round TFT LCD display of 240x198p resolution. It is made of Alloy metal body and comes in two colour options — Metallic Golden + Black Leather Strap and Metallic Silver + White Leather Strap. The Gionee GSW4 offers a 1.2-inch round Transflective Always-On Display of 240x240p resolution. It is made of Alloy metal body and with a leather strap. The Gionee GSW5 offers a 1.3-inch square TFT display of 240x240p resolution.
