The film, in its basic essence, is a romantic tale. But it also has action, some jingoism and even fights with terrorists from Pakistan. Does all of this work? Not quite. It ends up being a rather unpalatable mixture that also seems a decade too old in its treatment.

The story is essentially of Badri and Madhumati, who happen to meet and slowly develop feelings for each other. This romantic tale is hackneyed and there are some rather crass comic sub-plots that make the film even less endurable. The idea behind the film might have seemed nice, with an army man who can be the macho killer as well as the softie and his love story. But the execution leaves a lot to be desired, as does the acting. Watch this film only if you really must.
