Kolkata vendor’s unusual egg recipe

The video begins with the vendor pouring an entire bottle of Fanta into a hot pan. He then cracks six eggs into the frizzy liquid, adding a pinch of salt, and stirs the mixture, creating a milky-range connotation. As the egg cooks, the vendor chops fresh tomatoes, onions, green chillies, and cilantros, which are added to the pan. After the liquid evaporates, the unique dish—called ‘orange soda bhurji’—is served on a traditional leaf plate.
