Tulsi Gabbard is showing solidarity and how! The Director of National Intelligence of the United States of America wrote to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, paying homage to those who were killed in the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam this week.
While extending Washington's full support to New Delhi, the US spy chief told PM Modi, "We are with you and support you as you hunt down those responsible for this heinous attack." Her post on X read, “We stand in solidarity with India in the wake of the horrific Islamist terrorist attack, targeting and killing 26 Hindus in Pahalgam. My prayers and deepest sympathies are with those who lost a loved one, PM @narendramodi, and with all the people of India.”
Gabbard has been serving as the 8th director of national intelligence (DNI) since earlier this year. But before that, she held the rank of lieutenant colonel in the US Army Reserve since 2021, and previously served as U.S. representative for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021. According to the filing, Gabbard owns three apartment complexes in Katy, Stafford, and Austin, worth $55 million to $125 million.

According to the filing, Gabbard also reported owning $100,001 to $250,000 worth of stock in Tesla and Rumble, as well as shares in Apple and artificial intelligence company Nvidia Corp.
She disclosed that she owned $50,000 in a Bitcoin ETF trust and various cryptocurrencies worth up to $95,000, including $1,001 to $15,000 in Solana, which is the blockchain platform that the Trump meme coin is based on, according to the filing.

As Director of National Intelligence, Gabbard makes an annual salary of $199,700. That’s a slight increase from her $174,000 yearly pay as a four-term congresswoman.
Among significant sources of income, she made $199,500 as a contributor to Fox News Network and $373,872 from her media brand Tulsi Media LLC.
Gabbard's second husband, Abraham Williams, is a cinematographer and has significant assets that boost their net worth as a couple. Williams’ cash and stock portfolio — valued at between $330,000 and $925,000 — included ETFs and shares in companies such as Tesla TSLA and Nvidia NVDA. His Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency holdings totaled as much as $95,000.
In all, Gabbard reported a net worth of $55 million to $127 million, including a $250,001 to $500,000 mortgage on her personal residence.

Tulsi Gabbard is an American politician and military officer serving since 2025 as the 8th director of national intelligence (DNI). Gabbard was the youngest state legislator in Hawaii from 2002 to 2004.
A former Democrat, she joined the Republican Party in 2024.
In 2024, Gabbard endorsed Donald Trump for the presidential election and joined the Republican Party later that year. After Trump nominated Gabbard for DNI, in February 2025, she was confirmed by the Senate, becoming the highest-ranking Pacific Islander American government official in U.S. history.
Gabbard is the youngest person to serve as DNI and the first millennial to hold the office.
