Man sells Maggi in the mountains, earns Rs 21,000 in a day; video goes viral
A video of a man selling Maggi in the mountains has gone viral, and people can’t stop talking about it. Not because he did something fancy, but because of how much money he made in just one day.
The man in the video is content creator Badal Thakur. He set up a small Maggi stall in a hill area with just a table and an LPG cylinder. That’s it. No shop, no big setup.
He sold normal Maggi for Rs 70 and cheese Maggi for Rs 100. By the end of the day, he had sold around 300 to 350 plates. According to the video, the total amount he earned came close to Rs 21,000.
The video was posted with the caption “Selling Maggi in mountains for a day,” and it spread fast on social media. Many people said they weren’t surprised. Hot Maggi in cold places has always been popular, especially among tourists.
As the video reached more people, the comments section became just as interesting. Some users joked about leaving their jobs after doing the math. One comment simply said, “Should I quit my job?”
Others pointed out that the full picture is not that simple. One user broke down the costs, saying that buying 300 packets of Maggi, paying for gas, transporting supplies, and hiring a helper would eat into the earnings. After all that, the profit would be much lower.
The same user added that working in freezing temperatures is not easy. Standing all day, cooking nonstop, and dealing with crowds in the cold makes the job tiring, even if the money looks good on paper.
There were also funny reactions. One person joked that they might start making Maggi in the mountains instead of posting fitness videos online.
