Insider reveals why the Royal family reportedly remains out of favour to reconcile with Meghan Markle
Efforts toward family reconciliation within the British royal family have recently moved into the public eye, and their turbulent emotions and trust are at the center of the conversation. Prince Harry had earlier signaled a genuine desire to mend fences, even sharing his travel plans to ease tensions. Yet despite these olive branches, insiders report the main issue remains unchanged.
A recent report reveals that while the British royal family is showing some willingness to reconcile with Prince Harry, doors still remain firmly closed when it comes to Meghan Markle. According to insiders, trust issues are still the biggest barrier in the ongoing feud, particularly regarding the Duchess. A source said to The Daily express, “They just don’t trust her.”
Recently, there were some quiet efforts to ease tensions between Prince Harry and the rest of the royal family. His team reportedly met with King Charles’s communication staff, but it looks like only Harry was involved, not Meghan or their children. The report from the Daily Express also suggested that future visits to the UK might be solo trips for Harry, without his family tagging along.
In his memoir, Harry opened up about the relationships he has with his father, King Charles, and his brother, Prince William. He also shared how marrying Meghan played a big part in his decision to completely step away from royal life. Since then, Harry and Meghan have only made a handful of trips back to the UK.
Despite these complications, Prince Harry continues to express his longing for family unity. In a candid BBC interview, he stated, “I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point continuing to fight anymore; life is precious.”
