The candidate’s reaction was linked to his earlier experience with the same organization. He had worked there as a consultant and described the experience in a negative way.

He said there was extremely poor work life balance. He also mentioned that there were no proper systems or structured processes in place. According to him, most of the work was managed through “jugaad.” He further added that managers avoided putting things in writing, which made accountability difficult.

He described the organization as “one of the sh*ttiest in terms of WLB, work culture, and other basic expectations.”

After sharing the post, the user also reflected on his reaction. He admitted that it may not have been the most appropriate way to respond and called it “kiddish” or “meaningless.”

He also added that if the company contacted him again through email, he was prepared to send a strong complaint that would “make the CEO cry.”
