‘How old is she?’ Pam Bondi, 59, shocks netizens with her youthful look

Pamela Jo Bondi, popularly known as Pam Bondi, is in the limelight again; and this time not for her decorated political career - but for personal reasons!


The American attorney, lobbyist, and politician, who also is a member of the Republican Party, and served as Florida attorney general from 2011 to 2019 - is President-elect Donald Trump’s pick for the next US attorney general, after his first pick, Matt Gaetz, withdrew his name. Trump declared his decision to nominate Bondi for the post in November last year.

In January 2025, senators are set to begin their public deliberations over Trump's choice of Bondi, just two days of confirmation hearings.

As the former Florida attorney general prepares to take the stand before the Senate Judiciary Committee, she is turning heads with her youthful looks; and the internet didn’t take long to notice the same!

The ‘evergreen’ Bondi!

Pam Bondi, born in 1965, is set to touch 60 this year if we calculate her age by the calendar!

However, her latest appearance doesn't seem to agree with that.

Despite being 59, Bondi’s looks at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing have sparked a flurry of comments on social media. Netizens are in awe, as the former Florida attorney general looked much younger than her age.

One X user took to share photos of Bondi with Kirsten Gillibrand, who is an American lawyer and politician serving as the junior United States senator from New York since 2009. And the comparisons are off the charts! Kristen, who is 58, a year younger than Bondi, looks way older as Bondi emerges as the youthful-looking one!

The user shared that comparative picture with the caption, “Pam Bondi is older than Kirsten Gillibrand. How is that possible?”

Another internet user exclaimed, "Pam Bondi is 59 YEARS OLD. I need to know her skincare regime."

Bondi sported a white shirt and accentuated it with a black-striped blazer.

One internet user was stunned by her fit-check and commented, "Wait, Pam Bondi is almost 60? ! She looks much younger. She is my new hero." Another netizen echoed the same sentiment while they said, "You would never guess that Pam Bondi is 59 years old. She looks amazing."

Another internet user shared, "Can I say something without everyone getting mad? Pam Bondi is the best-looking 59 year old I have ever seen."

Bondi for the US AG?

In November, the President-elect of the United States of America, Donald Trump nominated Pam Bondi, the former attorney general of Florida, to be the next US attorney general, hours after his first pick, Matt Gaetz, withdrew his name.
While withdrawing his name from the position of the US attorney general, Gaetz said, “While the momentum was strong, it is clear that my confirmation was unfairly becoming a distraction to the critical work of the Trump/Vance Transition.” He added, “There is no time to waste on a needlessly protracted Washington scuffle, thus I’ll be withdrawing my name from consideration to serve as Attorney General." In a post on social media Gaetz indicated that he would continue to fight for the country but from a different position.

Trump said in a post on Truth Social, “For too long, the partisan Department of Justice has been weaponized against me and other Republicans - Not anymore. Pam will refocus the DOJ on its intended purpose of fighting Crime, and Making America Safe Again. I have known Pam for many years — She is smart and tough, and is an AMERICA FIRST Fighter, who will do a terrific job as Attorney General!"

Bondi, the first woman to serve in the post, spent eight years as Florida’s top law enforcement official, prioritizing issues such as curbing drug abuse, advocating against human trafficking, and pushing back against the Obama administration's signature health care plan.

Bondi served on Trump's opioid and drug abuse task force and later joined the defense team during his first Senate impeachment trial. She also falsely claimed that Trump 'won Pennsylvania' in the immediate aftermath of the 2020 presidential election. She later worked at a pro-Trump policy firm on legal issues and as a lobbyist.

In 2020, Bondi was one of long-time allies of President Donald Trump's defense lawyers during his first impeachment trial.

Pam Bondi made news when she was involved in a 20-year custody battle over a St. Bernard named Noah. After adopting the dog during Hurricane Katrina, she refused to return him to his original family, claiming neglect, sparking a 16-month legal fight. Though she lost the dog, Bondi went on to win the Florida attorney-general race, serving for eight years.
