All of us have someday or the other dreamt about getting married with a gown and a tiara, in a desolate castle on top of the mountains. But, how would you feel if you see someone else actually living your dream?
That's right! A 26-year old car dealership heiress Madelaine Brockway and her longtime partner Jacob LaGrone have had the ‘Wedding of the century’. The couple reportedly spent around $ 59 million (4,91,79,50,900 rupees) on their wedding which had all the luxuries you could possibly imagine and some more.

The extravagant week of celebrations was marked by glitter and glamour as both Brockway and her partner adorned themselves in lavish attires. In fact, the expenses were not just focused on the bride and groom but also the guests to the wedding. All guests were flown into Paris on private jets. Further, the couple reserved the prestigious Palace of Versailles for a portion of their festivities and even arranged a private show by the renowned band Maroon 5, featuring Adam Levine and others.
The wedding venue was elegantly decorated with intricate and expensive varieties of beautiful flowers that adorned the palace and looked straight out of a fairy tale.
While not much was known about Madelaine before, post the grand wedding people have been flocking onto social media and LinkedIn to find out what she does for a living that made her organise a wedding like such! Upon further research, it was found that Madelaine is the daughter of Robert "Bob" Brockway, who serves as the Chairman and CEO of Bill Ussery Motors, overseeing Mercedes-Benz dealerships situated in Coral Gables and Cutler Bay, Florida.
Automatically, she becomes the heiress to a large, luxury car dealership business and a wedding like this was probably no fuss for her.
While the pictures and videos of the wedding screamed luxury and enchanted many, netizens had mixed reactions about the wedding and more so the expenses.
On her Instagram posts of the wedding, one user wrote, “JUST WOW! I hope you all let this sink in and how incredible it is - mind blowing. This is a masterpiece of event planning - and what a team” while another said, “Stunning!! An absolute dream”. Talking about the decor agency, one user wrote, “I can imagine the excitement of each peoples working on that “MEGA PROJECT” one in a life time!! Romantic, élégante, everything looks so PERFECT”.
But, just as the internet is, the humorous comments were not absent! One user wrote, “Wish I had the money in my bank account that was thrown into this spectacle” and another commented, “It’s like the entire vendor team are avengers”.
The grand celebrations come at a high cost, commencing with the reservation of luxury resorts at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah, where the minimum price for a one-night stay exceeds 3,000 USD. Following this bachelorette party, the bride, Brockway, proceeded to Paris to have her journey documented.
