The sale deed, executed in Bam's name on August 7, 2023, involved a stamp duty payment of 77 lakhs.

Situated in the upscale neighborhood of Greater Kailash, the newly acquired property spans a land area of 1937 sq ft and boasts a total area of 2233 sq ft. Notably close to the Bam family's previous residence, the bungalow features an expansive living room, four bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a designated dining area, a terrace, and a lush lawn. Additionally, the property provides ample parking space for two cars and is equipped with a comprehensive security system.

Bhuvan Bam, widely recognized for his immensely popular YouTube comedy channel, BB Ki Vines, which humorously depicts the life of an urban teenager through his interactions with friends and family, has amassed a substantial fan following of over 20 million subscribers on the platform. According to a report by Knight Frank India, more than 75% of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) anticipate strong performance from the real estate sector over the next two to three years. The report further highlighted that Delhi stands as the most favoured city for real estate investment among HNIs and UHNIs, followed closely by Mumbai and Bengaluru.
