However, he is now taking a stand to protect his work. In a recent statement on X, Banks announced that the ‘Chill Guy’ meme is now copyrighted, warning against its unauthorized commercial use, particularly in crypto. "I will never give permission to use my art for anything crypto-related," Banks stated, vowing legal action against violators.
