It is part of the Golden Quadrilateral project and includes the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, Jaipur-Kishangarh Expressway, and Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway.

NH44 holds the title of India’s longest north-south highway, stretching 4,112 kilometers from Srinagar to Kanyakumari.
