'Yevathive' from 'Hippi' is a beachy delight!

The first single from Kartikeya and Digangana Suryavanshi’s upcoming film ‘Hippi’ titled ‘Yevathive’ released today.
Composed by Nivas K Prasanna, the number sees vocals by Karthik, Nivas K Prasanna and lyrics by Anantha Sriram. Sharing the number on his social media, the lead actor wrote, “Here it is #Yevathive.Keep the loop mode active in your player coz you will need it a lot for this song.Lovely tune by @nivaskprasanna written by #AnanthaSriram sung by @singer_karthik. #HippiMusic @im_tnkrishna @theVcreations @DiganganaS @rdrajasekar.” (sic)

The number is a beachy, peppy number which talks of the first flush of falling in love. The visuals of the lyrical video too hint at the number being shot at beachy locales. While the lyrics do veer a little on the ridiculous side, the foot-tapping tune and music more than make up for it. Slated for release in Telugu and Tamil on June 7, ‘Hippi’ is directed by TN Krishna and also stars Jazba Singh and JD Chakravarthy in key roles.
