The film also featured Murali Sharma, Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore, Naresh, Tanikella Bharani, Brahmaji, Giri Babu and Subhalekha Sudhakar in pivotal roles. 'Jathi Ratnalu' was produced by filmmaker Nag Ashwin under the banner of Swapna Cinema. Made on a budget of Rs 14 crore, it went on to collect Rs 70 crore at the box office. Jathi Ratnalu was not only a hit in the Telugu speaking states but also in the US, where it saw box office success. Radhan has set the tunes for the songs and BGM, and the cinematography was handled by Siddam Manohar with Abhinav editing it.
