The intense song is touted to be an important number in the film based on a novel penned by Sannapureddi Venkata Ramireddy. Composed by music director MM Keeravani, the number sees lyrics by

Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry

and vocals by Keeravani and Harika Narayan. The pre-release event of the film took place in Kurnool on Saturday and the film’s team seem confident about its success.

Rakul Preet Singh, who missed the event took to social media and wrote, “So excited for everything to unfold before the audiences! Also sad that I won’t be able to make it for this one. plz give us all your love. (sic)” Vaisshnav Tej plays a young man hailing from the shepard community who aims big in life. Rakul also plays a goat herder called Obulamma. The film was shot around Nallamalla.

After his debut film Uppena, Vaishnav’s character in this film is said to be a milestone in his career. Konda Polam will hit screens on October 8. Krish is helming this project and currently, he is directing Pawan Kalyan and Nidhhi Agerwal’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu which is going to be a periodic film. It is going to be based on few historical instances and Hari Hara Veera Mallu will hit screens on Sankranti.
