Vaishnav Tej to debut in a rustic love story

The red carpet has been rolled out for yet another son of the ‘mega’ family to make his foray into Tollywood. Vaishnav Tej, nephew of Chiranjeevi and brother of Sai Dharam Tej, is all set to make his Tollywood debut with a rom-com directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The makers have roped in top technicians to ensure the film will be a visual treat. Shyam Dutt of Vishwaroopam 2 fame will be handling the film’s cinematography while the duo of Ramakrishna and Mounica, who worked in last year’s blockbuster Rangasthalam, will be handling the production design. Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in as the composer.
“The film is a love story set in the rural backdrop. We want to transport the viewers to a new place and wanted to bring the best technicians on board to ensure a visual feast for the audience,” shares a source from the film’s unit. The film will also mark the Tollywood debut of Manisha, who will be essaying the female lead.
