Oy director turns song director
Oy director Anand Ranga will be seen as a song director in ‘Kaadhali'
Oy, the critically acclaimed movie which released way back in 2009 was directed by debutant Anand Ranga. After quite a long hiatus, he is back in action once again albeit in the role of a dance director for the upcoming film ‘Kaadhali’.
Speaking about his association with the project, Anand Ranga said, “Actually, director of ‘Kaadhali’, Pattabhi is a very good friend of mine.
We had worked together under Suresh Babu. So, when Pattabhi asked me for assistance on his debut film, I was glad to be of help. Not just a songs director, I have also worked as an executive producer and additional screenplay writer. I was initially working only on the songs but then shifted to the other departments too. Kaadhali is a beautiful love story and I am extremely pleased with the way the film has shaped up.”
Speaking about his association with the project, Anand Ranga said, “Actually, director of ‘Kaadhali’, Pattabhi is a very good friend of mine.
