Niharika to star in a modern love story made for the millennials

Unperturbed by the indifferent response her last film, Happy Wedding got at the BO, Niharika Konidela has begun shooting for another rom-com. Pranith Bramandapally, who directed a couple of web series starring Niharika, is making his Tollywood debut with the untitled movie. Rahul Vijay plays the lead in the movie that will have Niharika playing a young lady who has a no-strings-attached outlook to love.

Director Pranith shares, “Niharika is essaying a fun character that’s a huge contrast from her usual, assured self. She plays a girl who always thinks twice about taking the next step in the relationship. While she prefers a no-strings- attached equation with her man, the guy feels otherwise. The film explores her confusions in detail. From the portions that we’ve shot, I can assure you that this is a role that’ll unveil the strong performer in Niharika. The story will mirror contemporary issues that millennials face in their relationships and marriages. The humour quotient of the film will surely strike a chord with the audience.”
