Clad in a casual on-set look, Mrunal beamed as the team clapped and sang for her, capturing the kind of candid joy that only close-knit film crews can create. “I didn’t expect this at all. You guys made my day so special,” she said, expressing heartfelt gratitude to her 'Dacoit' family.
From replacement to revelation: Mrunal joins ‘Dacoit’
Mrunal joined 'Dacoit' after Shruti Haasan exited the project, and her arrival was formally announced by Adivi Sesh on his birthday last December.
Sharing a gripping poster featuring Mrunal, Adivi wrote: “Par dhoka bhi diya..! Badla toh lena padega… Get ready for #DACOIT!” The action-packed film promises a thrilling tale of betrayal and revenge, where an angry convict sets a trap for his ex-girlfriend who betrayed him — a role now played by Mrunal.
