Nani's comments on the Kannada release of 'Ante Sundaraniki'

Most Telugu movies are not dubbed in Kannada, because Kannadigas are able to watch a Telugu film without any dubbing. And, Telugu people are also living there in large numbers. Hence, many Telugu movies are not dubbed there. Similarly, Nani’s 'Ante Sundaraniki' was also not dubbed in Kannada and the actor mentioned the reason why the film wasn’t dubbed in the language. He said that the Kannada people will watch the film in Telugu because most Kannadigas understand and prefer to watch Telugu films in Telugu only. But Nani’s comments were not well with many Kannada speakers who claimed that they don't understand Telugu and that if Telugu heroes want their films to be seen, they must also dub into Kannada. However, Nani apologized if he did not convey it properly.
