Today November 3, 2022, Andhra Pradesh Government appointed Tollywood senior actor Posani Krishna Murali as the new chairman of Andhra Pradesh Film Development Corporation. By now the Govt has reportedly issued the official order. It is known that Senior actor Posani Krishna Murali has been a vocal supporter of YS Jagan and his political party for long. He also helped the government by campaigning for its party and its leaders during the 2019 General elections.
Veteran actor Posani has been a film writer, director and actor who has written over 150 films. As an actor, he has 5 releases this year already ‘Super Machi’, ‘Acharya’, ‘Bhala Thandanana’, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’, ‘The Warrior’ and the upcoming ‘HIT: The second case’ is his 6th release.
Though he started his career as a writer, he made a name for himself as an actor and director. The latest orders of his new role under the Govt is said to have announced with immediate effect. However, the appointment details will be disclosed separately.
It is to be noted that recently the AP Govt has also appointed another film actor and Senior comedian Ali as its Electronic media advisor who too has been a party supporter in the past.
