When Sonu Sood thanked Prakash Raj for a warm welcome on Alludu Adhurs sets

He might have essayed the role of an antagonist in films like Dookudu and Julai but during the lockdown, Sonu Sood has emerged as the actor with a heart of gold, who with his actions has become the country’s favourite. From helping migrant workers stranded in metropolitan cities to reach their hometowns to helping students and farmers, the Dabangg actor has left no stone unturned to support people in these challenging times. On Monday, when he reached the sets of his next Alludu Adhurs in Hyderabad, the entire cast and crew welcomed him with loud applause and his co-star Prakash Raj felicitated him with flowers.

The Aagadu actor landed in the city on Thursday and was thronged by his ardent fans at the airport, who gathered around him to click selfies. As films resume shooting in Unlock 4, Alludu Adhurs makers decided to begin shooting in the new normal with the safety guidelines set in place. Brahmaji, one of the actors on sets took to Twitter to share the video of the welcome gesture. He wrote, “It’s a nice gesture from our @prakashraaj ..felicitated helping hand @SonuSood on Alludu Adurs. god bless”(sic). Sonu too took to Twitter to thank Prakash Raj for such a sweet gesture.
