What's wrong in doing kissing scenes?: Shriya

Shriya Saran, who is playing a significant role in Sekhar Kammula's 'Life is Beautiful', said that she was never against sporting bikini or acting in steamy scenes as along as they are in sync with the script.
The actress, who has been in Tollywood for more than a decade, shared the screen space with the likes of Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, Jr NTR, etc but she has never been the Numero Uno star.
However, Shriya ascribes it to 'Shivaji', which gave her opportunity to expand footprint in languages. Shriya said that her career took another leap when she was offered the female lead by Shankar and adds that the credit for her current Bollywood stint is due to Rajinikanth-starrer.
Says Shirya, 'After watching Shivaji, Deepa Mehtha offered me Cooking With Stella. And impressed with that act, she offered me a role in Midnight's Children.'
When asked how she felt doing a steamy kissing scene in the film, 'I'm open to it and what's wrong in doing kissing scenes or wearing the bikini if the script demands? It's not wrong as long as it is not forced,' Shriya remarks.
