Actor Mohan Babu's son, Vishnu Manchu, is busy with the shooting of the upcoming Telugu film 'Kannappa'. Vishnu Manchu was in New Zealand shooting for the film where this unfortunate incident took place. While the team was filming for a close drone shot, the drone lost control, and the blades of the drone crashed on Vishnu Manchu's arm, injuring the actor.
He is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital, and the filming was halted following the accident. It seems like it was a serious injury for Vishnu Manchu, and the filming might be put on hold for a few days.
Directed by Mukush Kumar Singg, 'Kannappa' and the upcoming film are planned to be made on a huge budget. Reported to be a fantasy film, 'Kannappa' is about the story of an ardent Lord Shiva devotee, and the film is reportedly set between the 6th and 8th centuries. Nayanthara will be seen playing a crucial role, while Prabhas has signed to make a special appearance as Lord Shiva. Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar are also said to be making a cameo appearance in 'Kannappa'.
