Vishnu Manchu seeks blessings at Tirumala temple

Vishnu Manchu who is working on his upcoming grand mythological film, 'Kannappa' recently he and actor Siva Balaji visited the revered Tirumala temple to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara.

Vishnu Manchu shared his experience on Instagram, posting pictures that captured the essence of his visit. The actor was spotted in an ethnic attire, and Siva also in a traditional look. One photo showed him engaged in a lively conversation on the temple steps, while another featured him with his hands joined in reverence after a fulfilling darshan. The serene backdrop of the Tirumala hills added to the spiritual ambience of the moment.

He shared another picture with the caption that reads, "Walked up the sacred Tirumala hills and had a great Darshan! (joined hands emoji)".

This visit comes as Vishnu Manchu prepares for his upcoming grand mythological film, 'Kannappa.' Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and starring Vishnu Manchu in the titular role, the film tells the legendary story of Bhakta Kannappa, a devotee renowned for his unwavering devotion to Lord Shiva. According to mythology, Kannappa sacrificed both his eyes for Shiva, showcasing his unwavering dedication. The film has been shot extensively in New Zealand, with the location's natural beauty adding to its visual appeal.

The film includes a heavy star cast such as Preity Mukhundhan, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, and Kajal Aggarwal.

Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar makes his Telugu debut with 'Kannappa,' plays the role of Lord Shiva. Prabhas, who was initially rumored to play Lord Shiva, will instead appear as Rudra in a special cameo. Kajal Aggarwal will play the role of Goddess Parvati.

The pan-India film is scheduled to release on April 25, 2025 'Kannappa'.
