The actor found that a swanky makeup kit was missing from his residence, said to be worth almost Rs 5 lakh. The Jubilee Hills police are currently investigating the case. Talking to

said, “An expensive makeup kit has been stolen and after receiving the complaint from Manchu Vishnu, we have filed a case under Section 390 IPC, the offence of robbery. We are currently investigating the case and will solve it soon.”

While initial reports claimed that the robbery took place at MAA office, the police clarified, “The reports of a robbery at MAA office are absolutely false. According to the complaint, it has occurred at his residence in CBI Colony. No report has been filed about a robbery at MAA office,

.” Further details of the on-going case are awaited. Ever since the robbery was reported, hairdresser Naga Srinu is said to have gone unreachable. While the police refused to confirm the same, they did not refute that he is missing. The newly elected President of MAA is also yet to comment on the robbery.
