Vishnu Manchu and Sreenu Vaitla's next film to be announced soon

Vishnu Manchu took to social media to share that an announcement of his next film with Sreenu Vaitla, maybe even the Dhee sequel, will be made soon.
Taking to social media on Friday, Vishnu revealed that an announcement about his next collaboration with the director will be on Nov 23 which happens to be his birthday. He wrote, “‘Dhee’ one of the fav film for thousands of movie lovers.This film was a game changer for the entire cast and crew. It gave wave to a whole new slate of movies at that time. What could be better than ‘Dhee’?” (sic) Fans immediately got excited, wondering if the sequel for Dhee will be announced on that date.

While only Monday can tell what Vishnu and Sreenu have in store for fans, Dhee was a game-changer for everyone involved in the film when it released. The film was a major breakthrough for Vishnu, and Sreenu went on to grab offers with many star heroes afterwards. The film also starred Srihari and Genelia Deshmukh in roles that remain memorable even till date.
This is not the first time talk of a sequel has been brought about. In April too on the film’s 13^thanniversary, Vishnu shared a post which read, “13yrs of Dhee. 13th April 2007 is the day I experienced the term ‘Tears of Joy’. If not for my dad @themohanbabu, this film would have never released. First thanks to him. What a movie! Cult action comedy. @SreenuVaitla you the man, my big brother! Dhee 2?????” (sic) Genelia almost seemed to confirm a sequel when she wrote, “Good luck you guys for Dhee2 ... Il be cheering for sure..@iVishnuManchu @SreenuVaitla.” (sic)
Sreenu Vaitla’s last film in Tollywood was Amar Akbar Anthony with Ravi Teja and Ileana D’ Cruz in the lead roles. Vishnu Manchu on the other hand will soon be seen in Mosagallu by Jeffrey Gee Chin, which sees Kajal Aggarwal play his sister.
