Vishnu Manchu addresses family feud; apologizes for incident involving father Mohan Babu and journalist

Actor Vishnu Manchu has publicly addressed the ongoing feud between his father, veteran actor Mohan Babu, and his brother, Manchu Manoj, during a press conference in Hyderabad. The family drama escalated recently after an incident where Mohan Babu allegedly assaulted a journalist while the media was covering the tensions between him and Manoj.

According to a report by Hindustan Times, during the press meet, Vishnu apologized on behalf of his father for the unfortunate incident involving the reporter. He clarified that Mohan Babu did not intend to harm anyone and that his reaction from feeling his personal space was invaded during a heated moment. Vishnu described the situation as regrettable and mentioned that he has been in contact with the journalist's family since the incident.

Vishnu confirmed that both he and Mohan Babu had been summoned by the Rachakonda police regarding the matter. He explained that he was out of the country when the incident occurred but would cooperate with authorities out of respect for the situation.

When asked about allegations made by Mohan Babu regarding Manoj's drinking habits and his wife’s influence, Vishnu chose not to comment on those personal matters preferring to keep family issues private. He also dismissed rumours suggesting that there were problems with Manoj’s marriage to Bhuma Mounika, expressing hope for his brother's happiness and well-being.

Vishnu stated that their father only desires for Manoj to live independently and clarified that there are no objections to Manoj's marriage. He expressed a wish for Manoj to lead a long, healthy life with his family.
