‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’: The pre-release business of the Ram Charan starrer to create a benchmark in Telugu cinema

Tollywood star Ram Charan’s upcoming film ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ is easily one of the most awaited films of 2019. Made on a lavish budget, the makers have promised that the film will be a commercial treat for the masses.
Upon its release, ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ is expected to shatter box office records. However, if the latest reports are anything to go by, then the film has already created a benchmark in the Telugu film industry.The film has reportedly earned over Rs 50 crore in its pre-release business, becoming one of the first Telugu films to achieve this, sources say.
‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ pre-release business breakup, according to sources is as follows:
Hindi satellite rights – Rs 22 crore
Nizam – Rs 24 crore
East and West Godavari – Rs 10 crore
Total – Rs 56 crore
The Boyapati Srinu directorial is expected to create a new record for Telugu cinema by opening across a record number of screens worldwide on Pongal next year. It is worth mentioning that Ram Charan was one of the few actors in Telugu cinema to have made it to the coveted Rs 50 crore club. ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ is backed by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment.
