Vikram makes way for Prabhas

Filmmakers of Vikram���s upcoming release Siva Thandavam had recently announced amidst much fanfare that they would be releasing the movie on September 28, coinciding with the release of Prabhas���s Rebel. But looks like the producers have decided to postpone the release of the movie by a week to avoid clashing with the highly anticipated Prabhas starrer.
AL Vijay of Nanna fame has directed the movie touted to be a thriller. As per latest reports, the movie���s release has been pushed to October 4th. Vikram will be seen reprising dual roles in the movie ��� playing a secret agent and a blind man.
Anushka is playing the female lead in the movie. Jagapathi Babu, Amy Jackson and Lakshmi Rai are also part of the ensemble cast. GV Prakash has composed the music and audio has got a great response in Tamil and Telugu.
Vikram has not had a great time in the recent past with a slew of his films biting the dust at the BO both in Tamil and Telugu. Apparently the actor is pinning his hopes on this movie to break the rut. C.Kalyan is producing the Telugu version.
