Vijay Sethupathi to play a villain in Panja Vaishnav Tej’s debut film?

Popular Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi is in talks to play the baddie in upcoming Panja Vaishnav Tej’s debut film. The film was launched in a grand manner last month. Panja Vaishnav Tej is younger brother of Tollywood star Sai Dharam Tej. Debutant Manisha Raj, an NRI girl, is playing the love interest to the actor in the film.
The upcoming film is directed by Buchi Babu, who earlier worked as an assistant director for Sukumar.Although Vijay Sethupathi was approached by the makers, there is no official confirmation of the same. Meanwhile, the team is busy prepping for the principal shoot.
Devi Sri Prasad, who is one of the leading music composers of Tollywood, will be scoring music for the film that is being directed by Sukumar in association with Mythri Movie Makers. Vaishnav Tej had a brief role in his star uncle Mega Star Chiranjeevi starrer ‘Shankar Dada MBBS’.
Vijay Sethupathi is making his Tollywood debut with Chiranjeevi starrer ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’, directed by Surender Reddy. He will be seen playing a character named Raaja Pandi.
