Vijay Deverakonda meets Allu Arjun's wife Sneha Reddy at Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayagraj

Actor Vijay Deverakonda recently took a spiritual trip to Prayagraj to attend the Mahakumbh 2025, one of the world's largest religious gatherings. He was accompanied by his mother, Madhavi Deverakonda, and a group of close friends and family, including Allu Arjun's wife, Sneha Reddy.

A photo quickly went viral on social media, particularly one featuring Sneha Reddy alongside Vijay and his family. The 'Kushi' actor was seen in a casual outfit with a garland, while Reddy was dressed in traditional attire with a pink jacket.

Earlier, Deverakonda shared glimpses of his visit on his social media, posting photos of himself and his mother taking a holy dip in the Sangam, the confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. He captioned the photos, "The 2025 Kumbhmela - A journey to connect, pay respect to our epic origins and roots. Making memories with my Indian boys. Saying Prayers with mummy dearest. A trip to Kasi with this darling gang".

Deverakonda described his visit to the Kumbh Mela as a way to connect with and honor his roots. Besides taking a dip in the Sangam, he also visited Kashi.

On the film front, Deverakonda is gearing up for the release of 'Kingdom,' a pan-Indian action drama directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri of 'Jersey' fame. The film's teaser, which was recently unveiled, has been generating positive buzz. Ranbir Kapoor, Jr NTR, and Suriya lent their voices to the teaser in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil, respectively.

'Kingdom' is described as a high-octane action drama set against a war backdrop, revolving around a savior who rises to defend his people. The film is planned as a two-part saga and will feature music by Anirudh Ravichander. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun's previous outing was 'Pushpa 2' directed by Sukumar which turned out to be a blockbuster.
